Fresh Bread Guide
Our breads do not contain any preservatives, dough conditioners, or artificial ingredients of
any kind. Please store your bread in a cool, dry place, not in the refrigerator. The cold air of
refrigeration will dry out the bread, ruin its texture, and cause the bread to stale faster than it
should. Bread is best kept at room temperature. But don’t wrap it up to tightly. Give the loaf
some breathing room, so to speak. Your bread should last about a week. But remember, good
fresh bread is not meant to bed kept for a long time. When you are ready for more, Broadway
Daily Bread is here to serve you. Baked daily, naturally.”
